All Denise Diamonds rings are individually made to order. Production takes approximately 2–4 weeks (14–28 days) from the date of purchase. Each piece is crafted with precision and care — this is not a mass-produced item.
Delivery
Australia-wide Standard Express Shipping: Free, with tracking included.
International Shipping: Calculated at checkout.
Estimated delivery times are additional to production time.
Returns
Alignment Set: Covered by our 30-day risk-free trial. You may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided it is unworn and in original packaging.
Made-to-order & Custom Rings (including engagement and wedding rings): Not eligible for return or refund, unless faulty or not as described.
Warranty
Our Lifetime Warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and craftsmanship under normal use.
It does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, loss, or alterations by third parties.
