Returns: We offer a 30-day diamond return free of charge, whether you change your mind or would like to exchange. All rings if individually made, and return is not acceptable.

The standard production time is 4 weeks (excluding shipping).
Each piece is crafted by professional jewellers and abroad to meet our quality standards.
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
If you need to change the size, material, or engraving, please contact us within 24 hours at sales@denisediamonds.com.au. After that, production begins and changes can’t be made.

Each material verified for quality and durability.
All pieces are shipped via insured express delivery with tracking provided.
Denise Diamonds covers postage, loss or damage during transit to ensure your order arrives safely.

The 30-day free return applies exclusively to The Alignment Set – Try Us Edition when returned in its original, unworn condition.
All other items are Final Sale, as they are individually made to order.
For any adjustment, please contact us within 24 hours so we can update your order before production begins.
If your piece arrives with a production issue (e.g., loose stone, engraving error, or material defect)
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and details. We will repair or remake the item at no cost.
All Denise Diamonds pieces come with a 2 years craftsmanship warranty.
We offer free repairs for non-human-caused defects.
Damage caused by impact, chemicals, or improper wear can be repaired under a paid service plan.
