Method 3. Measure at Home

1: Paper/String + Ruler

  • Wrap around base of finger

  • Mark the point where it overlaps

  • Measure the length in mm

  • Match to chart above

2: Use an Existing Ring

    • Choose a well-fitting ring

    • Measure inner diameter

    • Size up if unsure

  • Tips for Accuracy:

    • Measure at the end of the day (fingers are slightly larger).
    • Avoid measuring cold fingers.
    • Ensure the ring fits over the knuckle comfortably.

  • Women: AU J–N (US 5–7)
