In order to guarantee the best experience for our Online Customers, We have a 30-day loose diamond return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please note that custom-made settings are non-returnable, but we provide resizing and adjustment services to ensure a perfect fit.
At Denise Diamonds, custom-made engagement rings are uniquely crafted to your specifications, making them one-of-a-kind. As a result, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on custom designs once production has begun. However, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If you have any concerns about your custom ring, we offer adjustments or modifications to make sure the final product meets your expectations.
For loose diamonds, we provide a 30-day return policy, allowing you the flexibility to ensure you are completely happy with your stone before it is set. Please note that the settings for custom-made rings are not eligible for return once crafted.
